Return Policy for Shoopium.com

At Shoopium, our return policy is built on ensuring complete satisfaction for our customers. To this end, we accept returns for all eligible products in accordance with the relevant legal statements. For returns, make sure to process them within 15 days of the product delivery. When your returned product arrives, we meticulously review it, expecting it to be in the pristine condition it was sent.

Key requirements for returns:

  • The product must be untouched and unwashed.
  • Items should be sent back in their original packaging. Returns with damaged original packaging or missing tags may be rejected.
  • If the products are non-returnable, Shoopium reserves the right to send them back. In such cases, shipping costs are on you. Therefore, always abide by our return guidelines when shipping.
  • If products are harmed during the return transit, that’s on you. Shoopium’s responsibility begins once we receive the product. We won’t cover damages, losses, or breakages during return shipping.
  • Refunds can take up to 30 business days. Depending on your bank, it might take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
  • Only the product’s cost will be refunded, except in instances where Shoopium is at fault. Taxes, shipping fees, and customs charges aren’t included. Calculate your expected refund accordingly.
  • Even with our Free Shipping offer, return shipments will be charged.
  • Received a Damaged Product?

    If a product arrives damaged due to shipping, that’s on us. If you spot damages on the package, do not accept it. Open it with the delivery person present and have them record the damage. If you accept the package, any damages reported later will be seen as user-inflicted.

    Does Return Refund Cover Delivery Fee?

    The Turkish Commercial Code states that purchased food items are non-returnable. Nonetheless, we accept returns for damaged or unusable products. If your address changes while the order is en route and you miss the delivery, it’ll stay at the courier’s facility for a period. If it surpasses this period, no refunds will be entertained.

     However, if your package or product is damaged during delivery, you can effortlessly return it. In such cases, we’ll refund the entire product cost or resend the item with no shipping fee on your part.

    Before returning a product, please notify us. This way, we can oversee the process more effectively. While reaching out, provide:

  • Reason for the return.
  • Purchase date.
  • Ensure products are packed in their original packaging. Use any express service but ensure it’s fast. We recommend FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Ship to the address we provide and always secure a shipping document. Keep the tracking number and monitor your package’s progress.
